Charles Hill
Lead & Founding Pastor
Charles and his wife, Sheila met while at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fl. After earning a Master's Degree in Counseling from Troy State University, he and Sheila got married. They moved to Ocala in the mid 1980's because God called Charles to launch a church in Marion County. Charles served as Assistant Pastor at Belleview 1st Assembly of God before starting preparations for Family Life Church. In 2004, Charles, his 4 kids, and a few other families launched Family Life Church in a hotel where the church would meet until 2016. They have 4 adult children and multiple grandchildren. Charles is an ordained minister through the Assemblies of God.
David Hill
Executive Pastor
David, the 3rd son of Charles, has been involved with Family Life Church since its inception in 2004. David graduated from UCF with a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal/Organization Communication and went to seminary at District School of Ministry. He has been an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God since 2018. David, and his wife Brittany, have 4 sons.
This team oversees the development of the spiritual life of the church.
Our Pastoral Elders are Charles Hill, David Hill, and Santosh Abraham
These trustees are members of the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Pastoral Elders regarding the major financial commitments of the church. This board provides accountability to the lead pastor as well.
Our Stewardship Trustees are Terry Dean, Janeil Campbell, and Daniel Eckleman.
