Why Expansion Is Needed
- Only 35% of people in Marion County identify as Christian
- Over 250,000 people in Marion County do not Know God.
-Over 10,000 homes are currently being built or in their planning phase within 15 minutes of FLC
-Marion Oaks will have around 65,000 residents when built out and we are strategically located to reach that entire area that is only 40% built out.
Growth At FLC
In the last few years, we have grown from an average of just under 100 to over 300 in weekend attendance! Simply put, we've outgrown our facility!
How Much Will It Cost?
Using recent data, our building costs are estimated to be around $2.75 million. A 10,000 sq ft building would cost about $2.1 million, the site work around $400k, and and soft costs around $250k.
How Can I Help?
If you are a licensed contractor, you can donate labor to help bring down costs. As for giving, if every family donated an extra $10/week, we would have enough to finance this project and help cover costs for ministry expansion!
